How do I pay?
Monthly SEPA Direct Debit, in advance on the 1st. The first month and the setup fee are paid on signing. Annual payment in advance (12 months only): 5% discount.
What if I want to leave early?
On the 12-month plan, 50% of the outstanding fees is payable and the setup fee that was waived is invoiced. On the 6-month plan, 50% of the outstanding fees. The 3-month plan has no early exit: it's the trial period.
What happens when the commitment ends?
The contract continues month to month at the no-commitment price, unless you give 30 days' notice or sign a new 6- or 12-month commitment.
Can I switch from 3 to 12 months?
Yes. If you sign the 12-month plan before your third month ends, you pay 349 €/month from then on and get the 12-month bonus (menu shoot). The 199 € setup fee is not refunded.
What isn't included?
The advertising budget and campaign management (available as an add-on), the website, online bookings, private messages and weekend moderation, and other platforms such as TripAdvisor or TheFork. The venue provides the dishes and drinks for the shoot. For Property: portal subscriptions and listing, and the CRM.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT; 21% is added on the invoice.
