Do you need my Airbnb or Booking passwords?
No, never. We give you the copy to paste in, or we paste it with you on a video call.
What if I don't have 4 properties one month?
Any unused credit rolls over to the following month (one month at most). If you have few properties all year round, the Agency Start plan includes 2 credits a month for 490 €.
Can the drone be used anywhere?
No. We fly with an AESA-licensed pilot and depend on the weather and permits: in urban areas or near Málaga Airport, authorisation can take 5 to 15 days. If we can't fly, we reschedule at no cost.
Do I own the photos?
Yes, for your channels: portals, website, social media and print, with no time limit. They can't be resold to third parties. We may show them in our portfolio, unless you tell us not to.
Do you work white-label for property managers?
Yes. We can deliver the content without the Epicuria logo so the property manager can present it as its own service.
